Based on a popular Japanese film series, hopping vampires battle hoodlums with lots of gory laughs. Frank plays Rat, an inept gang member. Also starring James Hong (Big Trouble In Little China) and Andrea Roth (Robocop the series). |
SCREENWRITER
NAKED SOULS (1995) |
| Dying genius David Warner tricks young genius Brian Krause into switching bodies, unaware that Brian's been tapping into the mind of a dead serial killer. Also starring Pamela Anderson and Dean Stockwell. |
MAGIC IN THE MIRROR (1998) |
A young girl discovers a bizarre world inside an old mirror, where malevolent Duck People try to invade the human world. Kids seem to really enjoy this one and it's sequel. |
|
| The sequel, in which the dreaded Ducks make their way across the mirror to again battle the young heroine. Featuring comic actor Gerritt Graham. |

COLD HARVEST (1999) Action star Gary Daniels stars as bounty hunter seeking revenge against a ruthless gang leader in post-apocalyptic future. With Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator). |
|
A low-rent Fatal Attraction, as a man is seduced and then set up for murder by an old flame. The producer never finished paying me for the script and credited his wife for the screenplay! |
ANIMATION
HERCULES (1997) |
| My first film with Disney. I cut my animation teeth working on Baby Pegasus, Hermes (voice of Paul Schaeffer) and the three Fates. |
|
| The bulk of this film was done at the Florida studio, but the California gang was brought in to help wrap it up. I mostly worked on Mulan as she battled the Huns. |
|
| A real thrill for me. I worked on Kala, Tarzan's adopted mother ape, voiced by Glenn Close. |
|
| I was fortunate to get to work on the Rhapsody In Blue segment, a music piece I've always loved. |
ATLANTIS, THE LOST EMPIRE (2001) |
![]() |
| Imagine Jules Verne meets Indiana Jones. I worked on "Audrey", the feisty Latino mechanic who travels with the explorers to unlock the secrets of Atlantis. Voiced by the adorable Jacqueline Obradors (Six Days, Seven Nights). |
