Welcome to the SKETCHY THINGS website, where classic monster film fans of all ages can join me in celebrating all those great movies, characters and actors we grew up with. If you're already familiar with my books or magazine work, you know that I pay tribute to the genre primarily through my artwork. Inspired by artists like Jack Davis, Mort Drucker, Basil Gogos and James Bama, I express my appreciation with pencils, charcoal, pastels, watercolor and oil paint.  So sit back and take a stroll through my gallery of werewolves, vampires, mummies, gillmen and things from outer space...all brought to you courtesy of a few art supplies and a lifetime of monster memories.
